Our aim is to enhance the overall performance of a workforce. We do this by using various training methodologies tailor made to compliment and enhance your business. Our service offering extends to four particular areas, see below for a summary of each.

STRESS MANAGEMENT

Stress is now a leading issue of sickness in the workplace. In the UK, as many as 1 in 5 people are suffering from high levels of work-related stress.

Work-related stress accounts for over a third of all new incidences of ill health.

In the UK it is estimated that work-related stress is responsible for six million days of sick leave a year, with stress being linked to many minor and major illnesses. Long term sickness, including stress, costs UK business over £3.8 billion a year.

Our team of specialist trainers have pooled their knowledge and experience to put together a programme specifically designed at reducing stress in the workplace, increasing positivity (and therefore productivity) and assisting in the reduction of staff turnover and sickness.

Structured over two sessions (each of three hours) and run with a maximum of 8 attendees per session, this programme, delivered either on site or off site will provide;

  • Effective techniques to monitor and manage our stress levels
  • An introduction to physiology, and the massive control this has over our mind sets
  • A conscious awareness of how much time we spend "above or below the line"
  • Assistance with identifying and eliminating issues in the workplace that have contributed to stress

These are proven techniques designed to develop the abilities of those who practice them.

The trainers have years of experience teaching the techniques offered in this programme and in the format we have put together it will allow employees to enthusiastically participate because the subject matter can immediately have a positive impact on their lives.

Ultimately the benefits will provide employers with a team who will be effectively self managing their triggers to stress, and employing techniques to remain in an "above the line state of mind" (the state of mind that we are productive when in.

Priced attractively (based on numbers and whether it’s on or off site) we believe this course represents excellent value when we consider the significant cost of covering sickness, recruiting replacements, without taking in account any possible increase in revenue that a more productive, long term team can bring to an organisation.

SOCIAL STYLES-WHAT MAKES PEOPLE TICK?

Do you have a team of telesales or face to face sales individuals? Do you have a sizeable customer services team? Does your staffs have regular contact with individuals who need to be satisfied?

You know that that people buy from/trust individuals who are like themselves, i.e. share similar personality traits or understand the personality traits they have, but how do your staff identify just what their customer’s personality traits are?

Why do certain individuals like the idea of guarantees and assurances when others are looking simply "for the best deal"? Why do some individuals care about references and previous track
records of a supplier whilst others are more interested in how quickly they can have said product.

In a nutshell, Social Styles. People act out of a behaviour which is controlled largely by the social style they are. Within the insurance sector, companies whose sales staff had been trained using this programme saw their closure rate increase dramatically. The same sales guys, the same leads, but with an increased understanding about their target clients social style, they closed MORE of their appointments.
