The training consists of Team bonding, communication development and creating a working environment that brings down barriers, increases connectivity and ultimately increases relationships which raises productivity.

 

SOCIAL STYLES-WHAT MAKES PEOPLE TICK?

Do you have a team of telesales or face to face sales individuals? Do you have a sizeable customer services team? Does your staffs have regular contact with individuals who need to be satisfied?

You know that that people buy from/trust individuals who are like themselves, i.e. share similar personality traits or understand the personality traits they have, but how do your staff identify just what their customer’s personality traits are?

records of a supplier whilst others are more interested in how quickly they can have said product.

In a nutshell, Social Styles. People act out of a behaviour which is controlled largely by the social style they are. Within the insurance sector, companies whose sales staff had been trained using this programme saw their closure rate increase dramatically. The same sales guys, the same leads, but with an increased understanding about their target clients social style, they closed MORE of their appointments.
